Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote Analytics Manager will evaluate, optimize, and scale partnership portfolios, translating business questions into analytical frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts focused on strategic partnership channels
• Translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks, experiments, and models
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure to measure partner performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, decision science, or data strategy, with at least 1+ years managing analysts
• Strong experience in SQL, experimentation design (A/B Testing), and applied statistics
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders with data-driven insights
• Experience with partnership or B2B2C analytics within insurance preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits and a high ownership mindset
