Job Summary
Leading the RCS Analytics Products team, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will be responsible for the delivery and health of analytics-focused products, including the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data-related deliverables.

- Oversee the integrity and maintenance of analytics products, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining hands-on involvement with content and technology
- Manage a team focused on analytics solutions, driving innovation and improvement in reporting processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience with a focus on report/dashboard delivery and business intelligence
- 4 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
