Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Advising and collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will oversee the development and delivery of analytic services, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while coaching and developing the analytics team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the design, implementation, and adoption of analytics applications and processes
• Provide direct oversight and coaching for the analytics team to enhance their capabilities
• Utilize project management principles and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver analytic services

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline or social sciences; advanced degree preferred
• Five years of analytics experience, with two years in a health system focusing on advanced data analysis
• Experience leading an analytics team and familiarity with EHR (Epic) data sources preferred
• Working knowledge of data marts, data warehouses, SQL, and advanced BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Intermediate knowledge of statistics and experience with project management
