Analytics Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Leading the data analytics function, the full-time Analytics Reporting Manager will own the strategy, team development, and delivery of reporting and insights to drive business decisions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data analysts, promoting a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement
• Own the end-to-end strategy and quality of the analytics and reporting function
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field with relevant work experience
• 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering, including 2+ years managing a team
• Deep proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker and Metabase
• Experience with dbt, data warehouse design, and modern analytics engineering practices
• Experience in healthcare analytics or regulated data environments preferred
