Analytics Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading analytics initiatives, the full-time salaried Analytics Team Lead will manage product lifecycles, collaborate with clients and staff to define requirements, and mentor junior analysts while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics initiatives by planning and executing advanced technical projects and overseeing data analysis and reporting outputs
• Own and manage analytics product lifecycles, defining product vision, roadmaps, and requirements while incorporating stakeholder feedback
• Translate product vision into delivered solutions by communicating requirements to developers and guiding implementation to ensure alignment with objectives

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. with residency in the U.S. for at least three of the past five years
• Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of experience, including four years supporting federal and state health agencies
• Experience conducting complex data analysis and using visualization techniques for decision-making in program administration
• Demonstrated experience leading teams within an Agile project framework to deliver analytics products
• Prior experience with federal clients such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is preferred
