Analytics & Visualization Manager
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time salaried Analytics & Visualization Manager will design and deliver advanced analytics products, including Tableau dashboards with AI-generated insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of Tableau dashboards that integrate advanced visualizations with AI-generated narratives for operational and executive audiences
- Architect analytics experiences enabling natural language queries and reducing reliance on ad hoc reporting requests
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate model outputs into actionable visual narratives that inform high-stakes business decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, data, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience building Tableau dashboards and analytics data products, including advanced SQL proficiency

- Advanced knowledge of data modeling concepts and performance optimization
