Anaplan Developer

Job Summary

Seeking an Anaplan Developer to work remotely in a permanent, full-time position, responsible for designing, building, and enhancing planning systems within the Sales and Finance Organizations while collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize Sophos' planning ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Territory and Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation Management
• Lead end-to-end model building efforts, including requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support
• Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure governed integrations and oversee model lifecycle management

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions
• Prior experience in sales operations, finance, or business systems
• Proven track record as a Product Owner and/or Developer for complex business systems
• Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices, including DISCO, ALM, and performance optimization
• Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake
