Anaplan ICM Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support the optimization of sales performance, the full-time remote Anaplan ICM Solution Architect will design and implement incentive compensation systems, focusing on configuring ICM models in Anaplan and Polaris while collaborating with various business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end incentive compensation solutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams
• Facilitate data integration between CRM, ERP, HRMS, and ICM systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Anaplan, specifically in building ICM models
• Strong knowledge of sales compensation and commission processes
• Experience in solution architecture and system integration
• SQL and general database knowledge
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification preferred
