Job Summary

Seeking a remote Anaplan Model Builder, the full-time position will manage the design, build, and maintenance of the Incentive Compensation Management model in Anaplan, collaborating closely with the Sales Compensation team and ensuring accuracy during payroll cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Compensation leadership to design and launch the Incentive Compensation Management model in Anaplan
• Oversee daily maintenance and enhancements of the ICM model, ensuring accuracy during critical payroll cycles
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Compensation team, translating business plan changes into model updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
• 1-3 years of Anaplan modeling experience
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder certification or active pursuit within 90 days of hire
• Familiarity with sales compensation concepts such as quota attainment and commission rates
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven problem-solving approach
