Ancillary Benefits Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ancillary Benefits Peer Review Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate ancillary insurance marketing presentations for accuracy in plan designs and financials
• Record quality assessment results and collaborate with other departments to address quality issues
• Maintain organized records of peer reviews and generate performance scorecards for management review

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in ancillary insurance, including various types of coverage
• Experience reviewing financials, including rates and premium calculations
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with QA tools and methodologies
• Experience with D365 or similar CRM systems
