Ancillary Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ancillary Services Associate to support physician practices and care centers in optimizing ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Ancillary Services team to enhance ordering and collection workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and engage with care centers to ensure timely service and issue resolution
• Train staff on processes and technologies while providing exceptional customer service to physician practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of healthcare experience required, preferably with physicians and medical groups
• Experience with Athena EMR and Google Suite tools preferred
• Proficiency in software related to EMR systems and Laboratory Information Systems
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
