Job Summary

A company is looking for an Android Engineer III - Backcountry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features in the Android app using Kotlin
Maintain an offline-first application and optimize for speed and scalability
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on feature development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
Minimum five years of professional software development experience, with at least three years focused on Android development (Kotlin and/or Java)
Experience with an app released to the Google Play Store
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and best practices in software architecture
Familiarity with Git/Github, gRPC, REST, and SQLite or other relational databases
