Job Summary
Leading the technical execution of complex native Android solutions, the contract Android Lead Developer will oversee coding activities, guide senior developers, and ensure the delivery of prioritized business features in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of complex native Android projects and oversee coding activities
- Provide technical guidance and training to less-experienced developers while collaborating with architecture teams on system design
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure deliverables comply with coding standards and nonfunctional requirements
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of native Android software development experience using Kotlin
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting code defects and resolving production issues
- Experience leading and managing medium-to-large custom implementation projects
- Expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and application architecture concepts
- Ability to provide training and technical direction to less-experienced developers
