Job Summary

Focused on enhancing user experiences, the full-time Android Mobile Developer will design and implement complex projects, collaborate with product and design teams, and utilize AI code generation tools while working remotely or in a hybrid setup from Seattle, San Francisco, or Detroit.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical projects that improve the home-buying experience
• Collaborate with teammates on code reviews, documentation, and best practices
• Drive adoption of Android best practices and stay updated on industry trends

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in native Android development
• Proficiency in building Android applications using Kotlin and Java
• Solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals
• Experience with AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot or similar
• Ability to collaborate effectively across distances and experience levels
