Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Android Mobile Developer will design and implement innovative features for a mobile app, collaborating closely with product and design teams while working remotely most days and in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Seattle, San Francisco, or Detroit.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex technical projects to enhance user experience in home buying
• Collaborate with team members on code reviews, documentation, and best practices
• Utilize AI code generation tools to document and create code efficiently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years focused on native Android development
• Proficiency in building Android applications using Kotlin and Java
• Strong understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals
• Experience with AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot or similar
• Ability to effectively collaborate across distances and experience levels
