Key responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Android applications and SDKs to understand their functionality and identify potential risks
- Employ advanced reverse engineering techniques, including decompilation and debugging, to extract information from codebases
- Collaborate with security researchers and developers to share findings and contribute to the development of secure applications
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Android Development, Reverse Engineering, or Application Security Assessments
- Hands-on experience with reverse engineering tools such as Jadx, Ghidra, and IDA Pro
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and other mobile software languages
- Understanding of Android fundamentals, including activity lifecycles and common API usage
- Experience with static and dynamic analysis techniques for malicious applications
