Android Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Android Engineer to build and maintain a mobile experience for their rewards platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android features for gameplay and rewards, collaborating with backend teams
• Integrate partner APIs and marketing tech systems to ensure accurate rewards attribution
• Optimize user experience flows and monitor engagement metrics for feature effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in developing and releasing Android applications
• Strong knowledge of Android fundamentals and modern tools/libraries (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose)
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Compose Testing)
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Room or equivalent local persistence solutions
