Android Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and shipping native Android features for a finance super app, the full-time remote Android Software Engineer will focus on creating clean user flows, improving app performance, and integrating backend APIs to enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin while ensuring product quality and reliability
• Create and simplify mobile flows for various financial services, including insurance and payments
• Utilize analytics and user behavior to identify and resolve performance issues in the app

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture
• Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues
• Demonstrated understanding of mobile UX and usability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on product quality
