Job Summary
Managing assigned Anesthesia client accounts, the full-time Client Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and effective resource utilization while working remotely or from the Chesterfield office.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Monitor and report on billing effectiveness and cash flow, making recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability
- Proactively identify potential client performance issues and implement plans to address them before they escalate
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in physician revenue cycle management, particularly in Anesthesia
- Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures
- Experience with Practice Management and EMR systems related to client reporting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients, including physicians and senior management
