Anesthesia Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial performance of client practices, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Analyst will analyze accounts receivable performance, assist in collection workflows, and provide reporting insights to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable performance to ensure timely collection of payments
• Analyze payment trends and denial patterns to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with outsourced A/R teams to align processes and maintain revenue cycle protocols

Required qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in anesthesia billing or revenue cycle management
• Solid understanding of anesthesia revenue cycle operations, including billing and collections
• Working knowledge of ASA, CPT, and ICD-10 coding systems
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with medical billing systems and standard office software
