Job Summary

A company is looking for an Anesthesiologist - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs related to anesthesiology and provide structured feedback
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect anesthesiology practices
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours averaging 5-20 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in anesthesiology
• Experience administering and monitoring anesthesia during medical procedures
• Ability to collaborate with medical staff on anesthetic methods and patient recovery
• Experience educating medical staff and residents on anesthesia techniques
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
