Anesthesiologist Physician Advisor

Job Summary

To support a venture capital fund, the part-time Anesthesiologist Physician Advisor will provide clinical insights into investment strategies, evaluate emerging healthcare technologies, and guide portfolio companies remotely for approximately 2-3 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate startups by assessing anesthesiology-related clinical diligence, including workflows and patient safety
• Assess investment opportunities across various healthcare technologies and services related to anesthesia and perioperative care
• Advise portfolio companies on clinical implementation, regulatory considerations, and market trends in anesthesiology

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with Anesthesiology training
• Active clinical practice preferred
• Strong understanding of anesthesiology workflows and patient safety
• Familiarity with medical devices and value-based care
• Interest in digital health and healthcare innovation
