Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time remote Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal platforms to ensure reliable data delivery for healthcare EDI transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application processing healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for retrieving and transforming EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data delivery and support the Angular-based dashboard front-end

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare settings
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
