Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain cloud-based applications, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate on an Angular-based dashboard, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for serving EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong back-end focus in Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with Angular front-end applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and modern front-end frameworks
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
