Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support a Veterans Affairs project, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design and integrate RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for processing healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for transforming and serving healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and ensure reliable data delivery across services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end integration in Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and the ability to integrate APIs into front-end components
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services, including API Gateway and Lambda
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
