Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing Veterans Affairs initiative, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain cloud-based web applications, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based web dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure reliable data delivery and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java and/or NodeJS
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Angular and back-end integration work
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
