Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build, maintain, and migrate cloud-based Web Dashboard applications while integrating and managing RESTful APIs to process healthcare EDI transactions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and support a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve EDI healthcare records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and perform unit and integration testing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs for structured healthcare data
• Hands-on experience with Angular and integration of APIs for front-end development
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
