Job Summary

To support a growing Veterans Affairs initiative, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve and transform healthcare records
Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and ensure reliable data delivery

Required qualifications

8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end integration in Java and/or NodeJS
Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and working with structured healthcare data
Hands-on experience with Angular and the ability to integrate APIs into front-end components
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure, including API Gateway and Lambda
U.S. Citizenship required for this position
