Angular/NodeJS Developer

Job Summary

To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve healthcare records
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to ensure reliable data delivery and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating Angular front-end components
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and version control using Git/GitHub
• Understanding of structured healthcare data and experience with EDI transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
