Angular/NodeJS Developer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal platforms, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve structured healthcare data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data delivery and contribute to an Angular-based front-end
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end technologies (Java and/or NodeJS)
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Angular and integration of APIs into front-end components
- Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure), including API Gateway and Lambda
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
