Angular/NodeJS Developer
Job Summary
To support a Veterans Affairs project, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build and maintain a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS to serve and transform EDI healthcare records
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and ensure reliable data delivery across services
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on back-end integration using Java and/or NodeJS
- Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and working with structured healthcare data
- Hands-on experience with Angular and integrating APIs into front-end components
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and version control using Git/GitHub
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
