Angular/NodeJS Developer
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Angular/NodeJS Developer will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application, design and maintain RESTful APIs, and integrate with internal platform APIs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs in Java and/or NodeJS for retrieving and transforming healthcare records
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to define API contracts and ensure reliable data delivery across services
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong back-end focus in Java and/or NodeJS
- Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Angular and ability to integrate APIs into front-end components
- Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS/Azure) and related technologies
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
