Job Summary

A company is looking for an Animal Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and answer general inquiries from pet insurance customers
• Assist customers with initiating claims, processing premium payments, and insurance applications
• Create, update, and maintain customer claim and veterinary interaction records via data entry

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a corporate or customer service team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
• High school diploma required
• Commitment to the work and customers
• Strong desire for team success
