A company is looking for an Animal Care Technician III to maintain vivarium operations and support animal care activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of cages and equipment
• Handle and observe research animals, ensuring proper care and documentation
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and assist in housing research animals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 5-7 years of previous animal care experience preferred
• Certification through AALAS is preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
