Animal Health Customer Engagement

Job Summary

Proactively engaging with clients, the full-time Customer Engagement Representative for Animal Health will place outbound calls to established accounts and prospects, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Territory Manager on sales strategies to maximize revenue with assigned and prospective accounts
• Handle incoming calls from assigned accounts to take sales orders and address customer service issues
• Initiate proactive calls to established accounts to grow sales revenue and develop customer loyalty

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred
• 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic or 2+ years in an animal health call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of animal health products and services
• Ability to communicate effectively in individual and group settings
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
