Job Summary
Supporting the Intake & Assessment Division, the full-time Associate Intake Specialist will assist with evaluating inquiries related to domestic-animal and wildlife-cruelty issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with evaluating incoming calls and emails, providing responses or referrals as needed
- Provide research support on cruelty-to-animals and animal-neglect issues
- Maintain confidential files and case reports while handling cruelty cases
Required qualifications
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of animal rights issues and PETA campaigns
- Ability to handle public inquiries calmly and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
