Animal Nutrition Management Trainee
Job Summary
Focused on developing future manufacturing leaders, the full-time Animal Nutrition Management Trainee will engage in a 12-month training program at a designated feed plant location, learning about plant processes, regulatory compliance, and managerial functions while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Learning all aspects of feed manufacturing processes, including safety and quality compliance
- Assisting in leading plant activities to meet production goals and maintain quality standards
- Participating in a structured training program designed to develop leadership skills and operational knowledge
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or industry-related activities
- Willingness to relocate during and after the training program
- Successful completion of a relevant internship program
- Exposure to feed mills or manufacturing environments is preferred
