Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Animation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
- Investigate and document user interactions to identify trends and contact reasoning
- Manage technical issues, triage bugs, escalate issues, and maintain robust documentation for a positive knowledge base experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Desktop Support/System Administration in Animation or VFX
- Experience supporting software such as Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flix, Maya, Toon Boom Harmony, Storyboard Pro, or similar VFX and animation products
- Experience working in production and pipeline workflows
- Experience with software support tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, and Confluence or similar products
- Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications and SSO: G-Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sites, Groups, and AWS
