Annotation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annotation Manager to lead the development and governance of annotated datasets for LLMs and AI enrichment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile scrum teams, define sprint goals, and manage backlogs to align deliverables with business and regulatory needs
• Develop annotation guidelines, train teams, manage backlogs, and conduct quality assurance reviews for financial data
• Ensure annotation practices comply with legal standards and collaborate with compliance teams to audit outputs for bias

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within financial services
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, Named Entity Recognition (NER), and AI/ML data pipelines
• Experience with data annotation tools in financial contexts
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and transformation
