Annual Distributions Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annual Distributions Team Leader to oversee the operations of their Annual Distributions Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 8-10 staff members and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines
• Monitor team productivity and develop reports for senior management
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff while improving existing processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant industry experience with 401(k) loans and distributions
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
• ASPPA/NIPA industry credentials are a plus
