Annual Fund Manager

Job Summary

To support NatureServe's financial sustainability, the remote Annual Fund & Database Manager will develop and execute strategies for annual philanthropic support, manage donor data and systems, and oversee donor communications and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for core and mid-level donor segments, leading the planning and execution of annual fundraising campaigns
• Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce NPSP, ensuring data hygiene and producing reports and insights for the Philanthropy team
• Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team and manage relationships with external vendors to support fundraising campaigns

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in annual fund management and philanthropic operations
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce NPSP
• Experience with donor segmentation, stewardship, and campaign execution using digital technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (writing samples required)
