Annual Giving Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annual Giving Manager to oversee and enhance its annual giving program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Development Directors to build the annual giving program plan, including revenue and donor goals
• Designs and manages a comprehensive omnichannel direct response and mid-level giving program, including a year-round giving calendar
• Manages an active portfolio of annual donor prospects, overseeing donor stewardship journeys and events

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience required
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Expertise in direct mail and digital fundraising strategies
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
• Bachelor's degree required
