Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annual Giving Manager to lead the development and execution of a strategic omnichannel annual giving program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual giving program to raise funds across non-hospital initiatives
• Execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns and manage donor stewardship journeys
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and advise leadership on fundraising trends and strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of job-specific experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital fundraising tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Experience managing integrated fundraising campaigns focused on donor acquisition and retention
