Annuities Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mutual Funds & Annuities Associate to manage annuity applications and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist producers and internal sales teams with service-related requests through phone and email
• Manage new business cases to ensure successful placement and service delivery
• Collaborate with internal divisions and share ideas for service and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST for 6-8 weeks in-person
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is desired
• Annuities and case management experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work occasional overtime
