Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Annuities Claims Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Annuity and Life claims from initial notification through final resolution
- Handle customer and provider inquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in annuity, retirement, or finance, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to master multiple systems and adapt to changing environments
- Maintain productivity and quality above team standards
- Participate in cross-training initiatives as assigned by management
