Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business application transactions and ensure accurate handling
• Correspond with agents and other departments regarding pending cases
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
• Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
• Annuities experience is highly preferred
• MS Excel experience is preferred
