Job Summary

- Process remittance transactions and loan repayments for group business
- Resolve payroll issues by collaborating with plans and TPA's
- Enhance customer relationships and respond to inquiries regarding payroll and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma is required
- 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities is required
- Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is necessary
- Mandatory customer service experience in Insurance/Life/Annuity
- Employment contingent upon successful background checks and drug screenings
