Job Summary

A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process remittance transactions and loan repayments for group business
  • Resolve payroll issues by collaborating with plans and TPA's
  • Enhance customer relationships and respond to inquiries regarding payroll and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities is required
  • Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is necessary
  • Mandatory customer service experience in Insurance/Life/Annuity
  • Employment contingent upon successful background checks and drug screenings
