Key Responsibilities
- Process new business application transactions and correspond with agents and departments regarding pending cases
- Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications while providing an elite customer service experience
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities industries
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
- Experience in documenting and typing skills
- Not a call center position; skills in the life insurance cycle and policy processing are ideal
