Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business application transactions and correspond with agents and departments regarding pending cases
  • Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications while providing an elite customer service experience
  • Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities industries
  • Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
  • Experience in documenting and typing skills
  • Not a call center position; skills in the life insurance cycle and policy processing are ideal
