Job Summary
A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business application transactions and correspond with agents and internal departments
- Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications while providing elite customer service
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements and report any potential fraudulent activities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities industries
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
- Experience in customer service and policy processing environments
- Strong documentation and typing skills
