A company is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business application transactions and correspond with agents and internal departments
• Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications while providing elite customer service
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements and report any potential fraudulent activities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuities industries
• Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
• Experience in customer service and policy processing environments
• Strong documentation and typing skills
