Job Summary
Annuities Service Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries related to Delaware Life products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on internal and external procedures and resolve service issues
- Manage escalated work items and ensure timely resolution of complex problems
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with management to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Annuities Service Center experience
- Proven technical expertise in variable/fixed/index annuity business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
- Experience with SharePoint is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
