Job Summary

Annuities Service Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer inquiries related to Delaware Life products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on internal and external procedures and resolve service issues
  • Manage escalated work items and ensure timely resolution of complex problems
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with management to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of Annuities Service Center experience
  • Proven technical expertise in variable/fixed/index annuity business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Experience with SharePoint is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
